Apple's India plants reportedly ran around the clock for iPhone 18 Pro launch

A September 17 post citing The Economic Times says Apple's India plants were running around the clock to stock the US and other markets for the planned September 18 sales start. Foxconn and Tata Electronics were producing the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, according to the account. It says several chartered cargo flights had already left India, most from Chennai. Apple may add more production lines, up to nearly a dozen, if global demand stays strong, the post says.
