Cognition Set to Raise $1B at $47B Valuation
Bloomberg reports Cognition plans new round after revenue growth.
Rohan Paul posted that Bloomberg reported Cognition plans to raise about $1B at a $47B valuation. The round would value the Devin maker at nearly double its $26B post-money valuation from three months earlier. Paul added that annualized revenue nearly doubled and the multiple reached 52X. The post also stated the company drew nearly $10B in investor interest for the round.
