@deanwball Not unambiguously. A more parsimonious take is that Trump/Lutnick saw a resource that everybody wants and put themselves in a position to control it and extract favorable terms and make deals in exchange for access. Same as tariffs, immigration access, postal service, etc.

I could, in theory, train and create my own my models. Regulating millions of people creating their own models with radically varying levels of ability is a lot.
