Thank you @byersblake. Not not sure which founders or what equity people are referring to where we fired them and took their equity. Somebody could give me the data I'm happy to respond to facts. We've would never do that unfairly to entrepreneurs so let me respond to facts.. Or tell me when I fell asleep for thirty minutes! @eddylong33 can you give me facts or an apology?

I m asking people who made these accusation to tell me what they are talking about so I can refute or acknowledge the facts. Only case I can think of is one founder whose cofounders and whole management team showed up in my office demanded he be fired. And no vested equity was taken. Facts, not innuendo matter. And the board, not Khosla made that decision and we were not in voting control.

@byersblake As far as I saw, he wasn’t being accused of falling asleep. He’s being accused of trying to push founders out of their companies and asking founders to back-stab each other in order to get a term sheet.

Yeah. Seems Bad. But (1) I didn’t excuse that comment. I only referred to sleepy Vinod (which has happened!) and (2) since it appears he never actually conspiratorially stole equity in over 700 portfolio companies over 30 years (pretty big sample size!) it’s hard to get too worked up judging him for that comment alone (which yes, bad).
