Ignore the rambling, self-serving speech. The documents are interesting. For cyber people, this one caught my eye, a listing of the databases the PRC has collected on US citizens, reinforcing the PRC "big data" fusion approach (OMB, Anthem, Saabre, etc). Lots redacted. Why?

The PRC has this data. They know we know, and they know we know they know. Why is this information hidden from the US public? If there is anything this dump demonstrates, it's that more rapid declassification (without politically motivated redactions) could build trust.

This doc is only tangentially about voter data, it's really about PRC IC sucking up any database they can get their hands on with the (likely correct) assumption that they can join it with other databases for some unknown purpose in the future. A very Facebooky approach.
