Corteva can seek foreign-linked patent damages at Inari trial, Bloomberg Law reports

Bloomberg Law reports that a federal judge in Delaware said Corteva’s expert can present a foreign-linked damages theory in its crop-seed technology dispute with Inari Agriculture. Corteva will be able to ask jurors to award patent damages tied to Inari’s foreign development and projected soybean and corn sales.
