Safari's 27.3 developer betas add vertical tabs and Adaptive Dark Mode
Safari's vertical tabs use icons by default; on Mac, Adaptive Dark Mode adjusts text and graphics on bright sites.
TLDR
Vertical tabs can replace Safari's horizontal tab bar on Mac, iPad and iPhone Duo. Users can widen the sidebar to see site titles. On Mac, Adaptive Dark Mode can darken bright pages and adjust their text and graphics. Siri can organize and close tabs or clear site-specific history on Apple Intelligence-capable devices. Apple says Siri's fuller webpage awareness is coming later and isn't in the first beta.
