I don't think most European political leaders are on the map when it comes to AI model development. They all about regulating things and there is also an unhealthy amount of negative "news" about AI: taking jobs, using too much water, electricity and having bias, not enough representation e.g. doesn't generate enough non-white males when prompted to make images.
