Anthropic Aligns Actions With Core Beliefs Unlike Typical Companies

one thing that confuses people is that some of their actions are surprising in that they serve their inherent incentives as a company very strongly, but it makes logical sense that they believe serving their incentives to thrive is the cornerstone to pursuing their core goals. (ie if they cease to exist it has all been in vain)
