Aeon acquires Aware Health’s core assets as seed funding tops $14M

Zurich-based Aeon has acquired the core assets of Germany’s Aware Health and closed a seed extension that brings its total seed funding above $14 million, Tech Funding News reports. The publisher says Araya Ventures co-led the extension, with existing investors Concentric, GoHub Ventures, Kadmos Capital, Calm/Storm, N&V Capital and Bigwave Capital also participating.
