Investors hold 65.29% of RentoMojo ahead of planned IPO, Inc42 reports

Inc42 reported on September 7, 2026, that RentoMojo’s ₹1,256 crore IPO was scheduled to open September 9. It said investors held 65.29%, with Accel alone owning 21.12%. The publisher listed Chiratae Ventures, Edelweiss, ValueQuest and Madison India Capital among other major shareholders. Founder Geetansh Bamania owned 14.84%, while individual investors held 11.10%, according to Inc42.
