Sonic Lamb's Beyond headphones promise bass you can feel in your face

Gizmodo reports that Sonic Lamb's Beyond wireless headphones use Impulse Drivers that the company says turn bass below 120 Hz into physical vibrations. The feature has three intensity settings and can be switched off. Gizmodo says the headphones lack active noise cancellation and lists up to 42 hours of battery life with the vibrations off; Sonic Lamb says playback lasts up to 12 hours in Beast mode, the highest setting. Gizmodo's writer had not tested them.
