Rippling AI Slackbot Handles Payroll Requests
Parker Conrad shares how the tool processes employee changes discussed in Slack.
TLDR
Parker Conrad, founder and CEO of Rippling, posted that the company's AI Slackbot now manages one-off payroll changes for its roughly 6,000-employee company. He described employees raising issues in Slack, discussing them there, then handing them off directly to the AI to complete. Alexis Ohanian posted in the same thread, writing that even large companies must keep shipping. The posts reference a status link and include generated headlines noting an AI Slackbot for research, task automation, payroll, and HR tasks.
