RentoMojo raises nearly ₹376.1 crore ahead of IPO, Inc42 reports

Inc42 says the furniture and appliance rental platform allotted 93.1 lakh shares to 41 anchor investors at ₹404 each, the top of its IPO price band.

Inc42 reports that RentoMojo raised nearly ₹376.1 crore from anchor investors ahead of its IPO, scheduled to open for subscription on September 9, 2026. Domestic mutual funds took the largest share, investing ₹244.1 crore through 30 schemes. According to Inc42, the IPO comprises ₹150 crore in newly issued shares and an offer for sale of up to 2.7 crore shares, valuing the company at nearly ₹4,206 crore at the upper price band.
