TLDR

A Microduck developer says the custom board replaces the Radxa-and-board setup used in the prototype. Built by Seeed, it also has dual NFC antennas, status LEDs and an RGB flashlight, plus improvements to cable management and boot speed. The team got the first revision running within a day and calls it a milestone toward shipping.
