@Jason I've got 17k or whatever, never tried to get more. Because of my crypto background they're on every platform and it's a pain to fight.
People that don't care about followers but have a name that can be used to scam are incredibly vulnerable as well.

I’ve blocked over… 100 accounts like this in June and they don’t stop.
I can’t report them all I send in my ID everytime I wanna report them.
Either way, this it’s dumb

I’ve helped so many of my favorite accounts report these bad actors but they keep popping up all the time.

@Jason One click reporting needs a public abuse ledger, visible likes, and verified human users as the only accounts that can move the algorithm. Otherwise bot and impersonation networks keep gaming visibility.
@nikitabier @Jason This kind of scam exists on every major platform. The fact that X is actively shrinking its reach and planning a cleanup is better than most platforms have managed.
The fake “Elon Musk’s” are particularly annoying.

Should I change my login password? If yes, is there a way to change my X password through the app or do I need to login via web browser? Thanks again!
