Looks like we’re heading for 1. federal licensing and kyc required to use AI 2. labs keeping a shared ledger of people they don’t like 3. combined with the existing situation where they can and will just straight up delete your accounts without warning or good cause Seems bad

I keep seeing accounts with large followings on X. At least two of them every day post that their Anthropic or Codex accounts have been banned. They all claim they didn’t do anything wrong, and eventually their accounts get reinstated and the ban is lifted. Meanwhile, ordinary users like us don’t have that kind of voice or influence—we can’t really do anything, if my account suspended for no reason, no one gives a shot 🤷🏻.
