@andTEJAsan It's true that military startups are a big category now. But not because there's more war. It's for a good reason: it's finally possible for startups to compete with established defense contractors.

@paulg My interpretation of AOC’s tirade—and much of the wayward discourse around Elon—is that it's less about billionaires needing to bend rules, and more about misunderstanding 1) how non-linear founder contribution can be, and 2) how wealth creation is not zero-sum.

@paulg I watched you give this speech and it was great! I unfortunately didn’t have a chance to ask you my question, but here we go: what is YCs (or your) philosophy when investing in a biotech startup? What do you look for in the product or in the founders?

@paulg I'm from CNA. I really agree with your views and admire you for creating YC. One day I hope to start an AI robotics company in the US. The hardest part is balancing my dream with the need to survive. I believe only capitalism truly gives ordinary people a chance to get ahead.
