In a post on X, recent OpenAI hire Charlie Marsh wrote that watching an internal model called 5.6 Sol "come to life" has been the most astounding part of joining the company so far, adding that he has "full-on psychosis" for it. That does not amount to a product announcement or a capabilities reveal, but it does offer a small public glimpse of one employee's excitement around a model OpenAI has not otherwise described.
