He said machines are now starting to draft plans on a home by home basis. Nejatian added he is nearly certain this marks a world first. Ross Kay@rosskay@pappygist Ok so...you have not made a profit flipping over 300,000 homes and in the last 5 quarters your flipping rate has dropped each quarter now 50% worse than before Kaz took over. Rates have nothing to do with ignorance and incompetence trying to disrupt realty.
