Yes it’s ironic because PagerDuty’s sell is their reliability vs any and all other vendors

Feels like a company lost its way, focus, mission, everything

And as a business they are now starting down the possibility of a shrinking cust base. Fell asleep at the wheel in the lead!

@GergelyOrosz Wow, that reliability gap is huge. Makes total sense why they moved on. In robotics, if the control loop isn't rock solid, the whole thing is just a paperweight. Infra reliability is no joke.

@GergelyOrosz I think I mentioned this to you years ago in another thread: for us, almost 7 years ago, PD was too expensive and we decided to give SquadCast a go, which has served us right for many years, reliably. Imagine how many more alternatives to similar services can pop up today
