Paytm, Tata 1mg and IndiaMART reportedly use Arrowhead’s voice AI agents

Inc42 reports that Paytm, Tata 1mg and IndiaMART use Arrowhead’s voice AI agents to automate enterprise workflows. The startup has raised $3 million in seed funding and works with more than 50 banking, financial services and insurance clients, Inc42 says. According to the startup, its Tata 1mg deployment delivered 15% higher conversions than human agents.
