Instagram launches Apple TV app with Reels, longer videos and live shows

MacRumors reports that Instagram is now available on Apple TV, bringing Reels, longer videos and live shows to the device for the first time. The app lets viewers discover videos and resume watching across devices. MacRumors says it appears to have launched on October 23, based on Apple’s TV-specific release metadata. Instagram previously tested its TV app on Fire TV before expanding to Google TV and Samsung smart TVs.
