How many of you use heartbeats/thread automations in codex?

@jxnlco Your fraud systems are flagging standard use. I run a long goal on one task and a few prompts in another session. That drained a 200$ sub to 20 left of weekly in 2 days, without fast!

@fabian_rol59505 @jxnlco If you’re getting flagged you are either doing something you probably shouldn’t be or you are just really bad at prompting the model. Not sure exactly what your issue is.

@rookepoole @jxnlco lol. The very fact they admitted to an issue, and applied migrations. Your stance is to gaslight people. My prompts, goals and documents are perfectly fine. Secondly, it’s nothing remotely untoward.

@rookepoole @jxnlco But nice attempt at boot licking. I’m not some vibe coder, I’ve been writing code for 25 + years. I most likely way more experienced than you.

@jxnlco Only to spam your support team who has been leaving me on read for weeks.

@jxnlco i think more people would if the docs explained whats actually happening under the hood during those triggers

@jxnlco Yes I have multiple autonomous development loops but they run out of usage within a day 🤣

@jxnlco mine doesn't work, I ask it to create automation for itself and the automation never works for some reason maybe I'm using it wrongly

@jxnlco not as much as I think I should be.

@jxnlco Is there a link between automations and the recent usage issues?

@jxnlco I not sure if I use “heartbeats” I have a custom looper. It might be a heartbeat 🤷♂️

@jxnlco Would use more if they weren’t so broken Same with remote control
Can’t use any new features in automations or w remote control it’s kinda ridiculous

@jxnlco seeing a lot of ppl on timeline adopting them for reply post launches
seems like the play for this year honestly

@jxnlco can we get /loop built in to codex? similar to other agents like claude/cursor

@jxnlco time to time I use the automations, but it always ends up trending towards needing human input.
ive found it better to orchestrate locally with a custom harness

@jxnlco Yes I love them!!!!!!!!! I use them all the time!

@jxnlco thread tools are necessary for a codex team.

@jxnlco me but my threads still goofing around. some dont know how to send task or update other threads inside codex app. No matter how many times i tell it to stop using cli

@jxnlco i do. however would like event triggers too puh-lease tyty
