Early Googlebook assessments praise hardware but question Googlebook OS
At prices starting at $899 in October, mobile apps and phone features drew mixed assessments despite appealing hardware.
TLDR
The $1,099 Lenovo Googlebook 15 drew praise for its OLED screen and Android-phone links, though its reviewer encountered display glitches in some apps and stuttery phone casting. A separate assessment praised the $1,299 ASUS while questioning Googlebook OS at prices starting at $899. Another hands-on account reported more severe problems, alongside usable Google-suite work and apps that worked for one participant.
