Duvo announced a $32 million Series A led by Balderton Capital, with existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures also participating. The round brings the company's total funding to $48 million.
The startup is trying to automate the operational work that falls between enterprise systems. Its pitch is not to replace ERP software, supplier portals or spreadsheets, but to coordinate processes across them while keeping people responsible for approvals and exceptions.
Mapping the work before automating it
The first step is Duvo Clarity, a product that uses AI-led employee interviews, screen recordings and existing documents to capture how a process actually works. That includes the unofficial steps and exceptions that often live only in employees' heads.
Duvo then uses agents to run approved tasks across ERPs, inboxes, spreadsheets and supplier portals. According to Tech.eu's interview with co-founder and CEO Tomáš Čupr, the software uses APIs when they are available and interacts with existing interfaces when they are not. Decisions that require judgment are routed back to the relevant employee.
The company says this shared layer lets customers automate multiple workflows with the same connections, approval rules and audit trail instead of treating every process as a separate integration project.
