well, there is a clue which is LNP and seemingly transcription factor soup? particularly since targeting a liver disease is the CRISPR/mRNA/RNAi/antisense cheat code--which paradoxically makes liver diseases much less exciting given everyone has gone after them. no meds for ALD though, so not a bad choice there
