I wouldn't be particularly surprised if they allow Mythos++ cyber capabilities, because that is still significantly below the capabilities of strong nation-state cyber actors like China itself though it might also be that Anthropic models spike on cyber unusually hard relative to Chinese models due to better niche data
@herbiebradley I imagine the Chinese government would still want to constrain the set of actors who had such capabilities?
