So please check it out! Think about what plan you think might work. Consider the tradeoffs in Plan A vs. Plan S vs. Plan B, etc. Few things give me as much hope as people earnestly trying to map out paths to good AI futures. Thank you @DKokotajlo @thlarsen @eli_lifland et al!
I hope this launch will kick off a conversation about what governments and companies should actually do! Maybe plan A isn't the best plan. Maybe we should shut it all down instead. Or maybe we need some third thing, a plan no one has come up with.
