@svpino Self-hosting the agent stack is the move. Own the env, bring your own model, no cloud leash. That's leverage without lock-in.
@svpino appreciate for sharing, i should to check Coder today
Here is the link to the GitHub repository: https://fandf.co/3SIUbey If you are working with a small team, Coder Workspaces is probably the best way for developers and AI agents to work together. You can run it on your basement server, AWS, or anywhere else you want. The point here is that it will let you securely control your environments. Coder also comes with an agent harness you can use on your environments, or you can use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or any other agentic coding app. There's a full list of modules you can configure to standardize how your team builds software. It's BYOM, and it supports local models too.
If you want to self-host your dev environment and don't worry about the cloud, check out Coder. Open-source. Free to use. It doesn't get better than this. Perfect if you have a Mac Mini or access to a server and want to take control of your agentic coding. https://x.com/svpino/status/2077044285489483976/video/1
