Finally we figured out the blitting syntax and it seems that the one thing this processor is good at is moving around bits of memory very fast. Sounds like turning this into a glitch machine is in the cards.
I realized that I can attach a video capture card so Claude can see the same output as I do whilst trying to debug the subtleties of the graphics accelerator unit of the SDA 6000. We definetly got to the "glitch machine" quicker than I expected.
