A new GMAC survey of 600+ recruiters found that 1 in 3 employers say they are replacing entry-level jobs with AI.
Tech is hit hardest: 40% of employers in the industry said AI is replacing junior roles, followed closely by manufacturing.
The sharp line from GMAC: "Employers are increasingly using AI to automate routine tasks in areas like coding, data processing, and customer service."
Even MBAs are not fully insulated. Only 13% of employers said they hired more MBA grads in 2025 than the year before, and estimated median MBA starting pay is slipping from $125,000 to $120,000.
