Galaxy Z Fold 8 reportedly scores lower on a benchmark rerun after five minutes of everyday use

A Galaxy Z Fold 8 owner says their phone scored 2,825 single-core and 7,997 multi-core in Geekbench 7 with no background apps running. After five minutes of everyday app use—no gaming or heavy workloads—they report scores of 2,595 and 6,637. That later multi-core result was 36% below the roughly 10,405 score they cite for the S26 Ultra. The owner argues that the results help explain the stutters, delayed app launches and poor multitasking they have experienced.
