via XZeke is a more thoughtful and careful modeler than I am, so I appreciate him analyzing my 2020 solar cost forecasts and finding that they largely hold up globally, despite the temporary rise in solar costs in the US.
Recently @atrembath pointed out that solar prices are on the rise in the US in recent years, and questioned @ramez's famous 2020 cost decline projections. I took a detailed look, and by and large outside the US @ramez's numbers hold up well: https://hausfath.github.io/naam-solar-scorecard/
