Closest thing to this so far were nuclear weapons. But at least with nuclear weapons there is a 'human in the loop' till now and they cannot self-trigger themselves. With AI achieveing superintelligence and autonomy that would be gone. Most unnecessary human invention ever. 🤷‍♂️
