These folk really nailed the release timing of this piece. This is a good weekend to be thinking about AI sovereignty and Europe's role in the geopolitics of AI. Admittedly, a better weekend would have been five years ago.

If we go NOW, we might have a realistic chance to catch up. If we don't, your timescale just got accelerated.
