@andrewgwils You forgot "army of fake accounts scraping trajectories"? No judgment, but there's been strong evidence presented it was distilled from Claude.
I absolutely agree with Zhilin Yang: "[Everyone] thinks the model is what matters most. That's wrong. It's how you organize the people building it that wins. That's Kimi 3." Teamwork, trust, commitment, and long-term vision is the real moat. The opposite of fomo, greed, hubris.
