Your (suggested) policy is not penalizing Kimi: Kimi will continue to distill Anthropic and launch better models. Kimi is not making much money in the U.S anyways and banning Kimi will only prove their tech works and help with their China IPO. Instead, your policy penalizes all American consumers and enterprises, increasing their AI OpEx and slowing down AI Adoption while the rest of the world doesn't. Your job was supposed to MAGA. Why penalize America and make it worse?
