Apple iPhone Duo foldable launches Oct 23

Sankei reports that the iPhone Duo marks Apple's entry into the foldable market, launching Oct 23 at a starting price of ¥364,800 direct from Apple. The outlet says demand for foldable smartphones has been weak so far, raising the question of whether the Duo could change that. A user in Melbourne said they were first in line at an Apple Store on launch day.
