Hackos (now at LLY!) says we may never drug 1.7 because of the autonomic side effects. i actually have a solution to this problem but do not have enough characters in this space to reveal the answer
conceptually, a true Nav1.7 inhibitor could be the biggest drug in the world. why? everyone gets acute pain in their life, and most people will get chronic pain as they get older (real longevity thanks to big biopharma)
