Swiggy Launches CREW Travel Concierge Platform

Swiggy has moved into the travel sector through its premium concierge platform called CREW. The service functions as a personal travel concierge that handles planning, booking, and curating complete journeys for users. It provides on-site assistance during trips along with round-the-clock support. Real-time updates to itineraries are part of the offering. This development was reported by the Economic Times, which described CREW as entering the space on Thursday as a dedicated destination expert within the Swiggy ecosystem. The announcement highlights how the platform operates to manage entire trips from start to finish.
