I built an AI employee to do a big part of my job from Slack. I consult for companies and teach a machine learning cohort, but I spend most of my time doing boring administrative work. I've never hired anyone because I don't want to deal with employees. For years, I've been automating some of the things I do. That's been going great, but there are things that I can't write scripts for. So I started using an AI Employee on Slack from @viktor__com to deal with my less structured tasks: 1. It reads threads in the cohort channels 2. It drafts responses 3. It flags questions that keep coming back 4. It proposes places in the materials that I should fix 5. It gives me lists of things I need to handle I make every final decision. Nothing ships without me looking at it first. Something promising about these AI employees: they get better over time. They are always on the latest model, but most importantly, they learn from your interactions with them. Viktor is awesome.
