The Verge reports that NHTSA has received a petition requesting an investigation into whether Model Y and Cybercab vehicles exceeded speed limits in active school zones. Gizmodo reports the agency has opened a defect petition review and recorded four reported incidents but no related crashes, injuries or deaths.
