Moneyview has cut the fresh issue component of its IPO from ₹1,500 crore to ₹750 crore, Inc42 reports, while reducing the offer for sale to 10.04 crore shares from 13.6 crore. Investors including Tiger Global, Accel, Crimson Winter and Ribbit Capital lowered their planned share sales; cofounders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal retained their portions. Inc42 also says Moneyview reported ₹2,409 crore in revenue and ₹245 crore in net profit for the first nine months of FY26, already surpassing its FY25 figures.
