This is an undertrained preview (3 epochs, 50k UltraChat), with a much stronger checkpoint training now. Thanks to @verdacloud for graciously providing the compute! Try it out in the meantime:
@mgoin_ 1.5x on decode is meaningful but i'm watching the checkpoint progression more than this number. if the next one hits 2x+ on longer context that changes the calculus
