The New York Times Company is reportedly in exclusive negotiations to acquire the film-focused social network for around $330 million. The discussions have included the possibility of keeping Letterboxd’s co-founders in charge, reporting to a Times Company executive. Letterboxd would likely remain standalone for the foreseeable future.
