This is exactly why I get frustrated with standard diabetes care.
I was diagnosed with T2D last year. Nobody explained nutrition. Nobody gave me a meal plan. Just "avoid sugar and good luck."
I stumbled on a guide someone shared on Facebook a couple months back — 30 meals that don't spike you, with the actual science behind why each one works. Dark chocolate mousse is in there. Buffalo wings. Real food.
