Tillo has acquired Amilon, an Italian digital incentives and gift card company, Pulse2 reports. The publisher says the deal creates a larger international platform spanning rewards, incentives, employee benefits and gift card technology, processing over £3 billion annually. Financial terms were not disclosed, according to the report.
