Have many thoughts here + higher acuity psychiatric management... The biggest challenges are around adherence/compliance, which perfectly support your inertia claim.
I think a full end-to-end mental health program that maintains the patient regardless of acuity, scales them to higher acuity proactively, and overall treats a chronic condition as chronic and not episodic, as is the status quo today, is a directionally right solution.

@mhdempsey It’s ironic cuz a lot of people I know (including myself) regularly talk to Claude for therapy and it’s been able to help me so much emotionally persisting all kinds of rich context about my problems / breakdown / personality nuances. It’s an always on-demand shrink
