Applied Compute Releases AC2 Platform in Private Beta
Applied Compute founder announces AC2 as infrastructure for training and improving AI models.
Yash Patil, founder of Applied Compute, stated today that the company is releasing its AC2 platform in private beta. He described AC2 as infrastructure around models to train, run inference, and continuously improve them. Patil said every applied AI team needs to build a model factory because no single set of model weights is worth being overly attached to. Investor Mike Volpi commented on the company's velocity. A partner at Mercor noted appreciation for the collaboration on post-training agents.
Today, we're introducing AC2, the Applied Compute Agent Cloud, to enable every team to train, serve, and improve their own frontier models.
